At Starwild Shop, many of our physical products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

 

Please include:

 

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos of the item

 

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

 

Size Exchanges

 

Because items are printed on demand, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.

 

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

 

 

Digital Products

 

All digital downloads are non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

 

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
